Our Family Story 

Fiesta en Guadalajara was founded in 1987 by the Serna Brothers, sons of hardworking Mexican immigrants who instilled in them the values of perseverance, unity, and pride in their heritage. Their dream of sharing the true taste of Mexico became a reality when they opened their first location in Spring, Texas, bringing authentic, hacienda-style cooking to the heart of the community.

From the very beginning, Fiesta en Guadalajara has celebrated family recipes passed down by their mother, infusing every dish with tradition, warmth, and bold, unforgettable flavor. Our signature style blends classic Mexican cooking with the rich flavors Houston loves, featuring sizzling fajitas and enchiladas, as well as handcrafted margaritas.

As part of the El Palenque Group, Fiesta en Guadalajara shares the same commitment to quality, service, and a family-first culture that has made the Serna brothers’ restaurants a staple in the Houston area for over three decades.
